The OFHA sends deepest condolences to the loved ones of Leida Wales.
Leida was a member of the OFHA for many years and was generous in sharing her time and talents with our club. Rarely seen without her camera, Leida did a great job documenting many of our club activities and events over the years. She will be missed.

It is with an extremely heavy heart that I announce the sudden passing of my beloved sister, Leida Wales, on June 25 2024.
Leida will be greatly missed by myself,John, her nieces Cassie DeRooy, Katie Neil, nephew Jack Neil, and all those who knew and loved her. Also, her dog Toby and horse Anke. After years of struggles, she is now free of pain and reunited with our parents, Oma and Peggy. I’m sure she was greeted by the many pets that she had lost. Especially “The Huskies”, Askhim, Joy, Flash, Ruby, Pol, and Jimmy. We love and miss you Leida.
